Biography

Lucija Mihotić works as research and teaching assistant at the Department of Marketing, at the Faculty of Economics and Business in Zagreb. She was born in Zagreb, where she graduated from the High School, the Undergraduate Study of Business Economics and the Graduate Study of Marketing. She completed the prestigeous JOSZEF program (one-year scholarship program in German and English for top students from Central and Southeastern Europe) and Master Class CEE at CEE Competence Center at Vienna University of Economics and Business and participated in various exchange programs such as summer schools, research and debate programs within CEEPUS, Erasmus and other projects at the University of Regensburg, Pecs, Loyola University in Chicago.
During her studies she was engaged as a tutor at the Department of Marketing, a volunteer in the Office for International Cooperation and was awarded the Dean's Award for her master thesis, under the mentorship of prof. dr. sc. Sinčić Ćorić. Prior to joining Efzg, she lived in Vienna for several years, where she worked in conference and event management, global mobility consulting and international tax consulting at PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers) Austria.
She is currently enrolled in a PhD programme at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. She is fluent in English and German in both writing and speaking, and uses Spanish and Chinese language. She participates in teaching the following courses: Principles of Marketing, Marketing Management and Business to Business Marketing.
