The forum on actuality in law and competition policy
"Implementing a Competition Law System - Three Decades of Polish Experience"
 
will be held on Friday, November 16, 2018, from 5 pm to 6 pm in Hall No. 7 at the Faculty of Economics & Business, University of Zagreb.
 
Briefly about the forum
Mr. Marek Martyniszyn, PhD, of the University of Belfast will present the results of research conducted with Mr. Bernatt, PhD, from the University of Warsaw, which analyzed the introduction and development of the competition system in Poland from the mid-90s to the 2016. During this period, Poland has gone through two key transitions: from a planned economy to a free market and from communism to democracy. Based on the insights from the research conducted, Mr. Martyniszyn, PhD, will speak at the forum about what is needed to ensure that the system of market competition is successfully established and to function effectively.
