Terms of tender for 2018
Foundation Prof. Dr. Marijan Hanžeković announces the competition for the annual award for 2018. Papers in Croatian or English should be submitted no latter then June 1, 2018. The application form should be submitted along with the papers. All competitors have to meet the required conditions.
Prizes
The prize is awarded in two categories:
one regular prize, which consists of a diploma, a medal and an amount of 50,000 kn gross
one student award consisting of a diploma and a sum of 15,000 kn gross.
Criteria
The competition can be applied to theoretical, empirical and policy-oriented articles in the field of public sector economics. These can be articles that analyze the roles and functioning of the public sector at macroeconomic, sectoral and microeconomic levels, both in developed and emerging markets, especially those that offer new considerations, assessments, judgments and cognitions. The qualities required are analytical rigidity and creativity, as well as originality and technical performance. Only original, unpublished works will be considered. For the regular prize, the age of the contestant will be taken into account so that younger competitors will receive additional points. The contest is public and the works should be submitted under the password.
