Application process

This page explains the application procedure for full-time students that wish to take part in the Master Degree in Economics or Master Degree in Business programme for the entire study period (1 year).  

If you are an international exchange student (e.g. Erasmus) who wishes only to take part in one or more courses in Master or Bachelor programmes, you must apply through the International Office.


How to apply? - International students

For international students coming from abroad, online applications are already open!

However, there are steps you need to make before officially applying. The document explaining all the necessary steps that foreign students need to make in order to enroll in MDiE or MDiB can be found

If you need help or clarification on the procedure, our international office can assist you in obtaining all the necessary documents. Please send an email to 
student.office@efzg.hr for further instructions. 

The classes start on 3 November 2022. By then, you need to bring all the necessary documents and pay the tuition fee to be officially enrolled.



 

How to apply? - Croatian citizens

In short, the application process consists of two parts:
  1. Submit an application form in the registry office - At the beginning of October (between 3 and 10 October 2022) you need to submit your application form in the registry office (opposite to the reception desk).
  2. Enclosure of all necessary documents - After submitting the application, you will need to bring the necessary documents to the Faculty registration office which include your birth certificate, certificate of citizenship, passport (or ID card for EU citizens), your undergraduate diploma, undergraduate course transcript with grades certified by the organization where you obtained it, and the proof that you paid the administrative fee of 400,00 HRK.
After the application procedure is finished, there will be an official ranking list of students who have made a successful application and earned a right to register to the study program. There will be a time and date for which you will need to show up to officially register for the study program.

Applications:
 
From 03.10.2022 to 10.10.2022 submit your application in the registry office (opposite to the reception desk).

The documents you need to enclose are:

- birth certificate (original, photocopy or e-excerpt)
- certificate of citizenship / domicile (original, photocopy or e-excerpt);
- passport (or ID card for EU citizens)
- undergraduate diploma
- undergraduate course transcript with grades certified by the organization where you obtained it
- diploma recognition document if you finished the undergraduate study program outside Croatia
- proof that you paid the administrative fee.

Initial results of the ranking process:

The results of the ranking will be published on 10.10.2022 by 13:00h.


Complaints and appeals on the initial ranking results:

10.10.2022 from 13:00 to 14:00h in the Faculty's Registry Office.


Final results of the ranking process:

The final results of the ranking will be published on 10.10.2022 by 15:00h.


Enrolment of students:

11.10.2022 at 9:00h based on the schedule published on the Faculty homepage.
