We invite you to the signing of the Agreement on Cooperation between the Faculty of Economics & Business of the University of Zagreb and PwC Croatia and the presentation of certified education Fundamentals of Tax Literacy: Tax and Accounting Aspects of the Taxes on Income, Profit and VAT that will take place on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at 11 AM in Hall 14 of Faculty of Economics & Business - University of Zagreb.
The Agreement on Cooperation with PwC in Croatia will be signed by the Dean of the Faculty of Economics & Business Jurica Pavičić, PhD, and on behalf of PwC Croatia Mr. Hrvoje Jelić, Member of the Board and Partner responsible for tax and regulatory services.
In cooperation with the mentioned consultancy and auditing firm, from 5th to 9th November this year, for the first time will be organized a unique certified education Basics of Tax Literacy: Tax and Accounting Aspects of the Taxes on Income, Profit and VAT.
The goal of this 5-day certified lifelong learning program is to enable trainees to acquire knowledge and practical skills on basic types of taxation and how to calculate them. Attendees will gain insight into the specifics of the tax system and tax policy in Croatia as well as concrete tax advice on the possibilities of legitimate tax status improvement or reduction of tax burden. Beside the classical lectures, education will also consist of tax and accounting workshops, and the case analysis methodology and numerous examples from practice will be used.
