Lectures in National Security, Forensic Sciences and Globalization at the PhD Studies of Economics and Global Security

As part of the National Security, Forensic Science and Globalization course, at the Ph.D. Studies of Economics and Global Security, this week's lectures will be held by the head of the course, Prof. Dragan Primorac, Ph.D. and guest lecturer Dragan Kovačević, Ph.D.
 
Prof. Dragan Primorac, Ph.D. is the author of over 150 scientific papers and releases, most of which are indexed in CC bases (Current Contents) and SCI (Science Citation Index) with over 1000 quotes. Among other things, he is the author of original research on the genetic origin of Europeans published in the world's most prestigious scientific journal Science. He is one of the pioneers in DNA identification of victims of mass graves and one of the founders of DNA analysis in judicial medicine in the Republic of Croatia. He participates in teaching at the faculties of medicine in Zagreb, Osijek and Split and at the prestigious Penn State University in the USA.
 
Mr. Dragan Kovačević, Ph.D. is the president of the company JANAF d.d., a strategically significant refinery supply security factor in six Southeast and Central European countries today recognized as a strategic pipeline for the European Union. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Croatian Society of Economists and a member of various professional and scientific associations and forums and has published more than 50 scientific and professional papers in the field of economics.
