Your key responsibilities:

• Process all incoming, outgoing invoices and reconciliations
• Prepare and submit weekly payment reports
• Communication with external accountants
• Create travel orders for employees
• Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
• Administrative tasks related to the finance department

 
Your requirements:

• Student pursuing a degree in economics, business or related field, with student rights for at least 2 years
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
• Superior attention to details and problem-solving skills
• Active use of MS office (high proficiency in Excel is a must-have)
• Be able to communicate in clear English – written and verbal
• Be a clear communicator and team player

 
 
 
Location: Radnička cesta 80, Zagrebtower, 15^th floor
Company working hours: 10:00 – 18:00
Availability: minimum of 24 hours per week
Salary: 30,00 kn/h
