Ana Sertić, PhD.

Ana Krajnović was born on October 13, 1990. in Zagreb. She enrolled the XVI language grammar school  (bilingual program) in Zagreb, and after graduating she enrolled at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb in 2009. In 2013, she obtained the title of University Bachelor of Economics. In 2014, she obtained the title of Master of Economics with the highest honors (summa cum laude). In 2014, she enrolled in the Postgraduate Doctoral Study at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb. In January 2019, she defended her doctoral dissertation entitled The Influence of Institutional Isomorphism on the Strategic Decision-Making of Top Management in Multinational Companies in the Republic of Croatia under the mentorship of professor Darko Tipurić. During her studies, she attended ISCTE - Lisbon University Institute, Summer School Lisbon, Brand Management and Marketing Communication, Lisbon (Portugal) as part of the summer school program. During her studies, she held the position of student assistant  at the Department of Business Foreign Languages, University of Zagreb, Business Italian, and at the Department of Trade, University of Zagreb. She won a scholarship from the City of Zagreb for doctoral students in the academic years 2015/2016 and 2016/2017. She obtained the Dean's Award for student papers in the academic year 2011/2012. and the Rector's Award for student papers in the academic year 2013/2014.
 
Ana Krajnović has over 5 years of experience in corporate banking as a  relationship manager in the sector of Corporate Banking and Investment Banking (Multinational Clients) and as a senior analyst in the Financial Institutions sector, both in Privredna banka Zagreb d.d. In 2019, she obtained a certificate of qualification for the investment services at the Zagreb Stock Exchange Academy. From 2014 to 2017 she worked as an external associate (teaching assistant) at the University of Zagreb. In 2016, she worked as an external associate (teaching assistant) at the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb, Department of Organization and Management. In 2019, she works as an external associate at Edward Bernays High School.
 
So far, Ana Krajnović has published as an author and co-author of several scientific and professional papers and is the author of one chapter in the book. She has participated at international conferences and scientific workshops. She actively speaks English and Italian in speech and writing and passively Spanish.
