Biography
Morana Fudurić is an associate professor at the Marketing department, Faculty of Economics & Business, University of Zagreb. She graduated with honors from University of Zagreb with a master’s degree in Business and Marketing Communication Management. She received her Ph.D. in communication sciences from the Universita della Svizzera italiana, where she investigated relationship orientation in social media and its impact on company performance. In 2018, she received the EMAC Junior Faculty Visiting Program Award and spent six months doing research at Northwestern University, working on the Local News Initiative and several other projects related to online digital platforms and content marketing.
She conducts survey, experimental and data-driven research to investigate antecedents and consequences of media consumption and technological disruption. Her current research interests center around computational advertising, data-driven marketing, integrated marketing communications, and digital media consumption.
She is currently a reviewer for journals Tržište/Market, International journal „Management” and ZIREB. She derives her professional experience from the media and advertising industry where she worked in IMAGO advertising agency and Core media – a TV production company, which she often uses in her classes.
