Croatian Chamber of Economy in cooperation with the Faculty of Economics and Business Zagreb, organized on 20th October 2016, Day of Croatian financial institutions Conference.
Welcoming speeches were given by Marko Jurčić, an counselor of the President of the Republic of Croatia for the Economy, Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business - Professor Lajoš Žager, PhD, and Luka Burilović, president of the Croatian Chamber of Economy.
The conference, in which the organizing committee was the Vice Dean of Faculty of Economics and Business Assoc. Prof. PhD Anita Pavković, was to gather in one place representatives of financial institutions, regulatory institutions and relevant ministries in order to open up the possibility of joint action on the overall development of the Croatian financial market, in all business segments.
Parallel with the conference it was organized a “Financial info square”, as a new form of business cooperation which allows entrepreneurs i a unique way of counseling, networking and exchange of experiences as well as relevant information important for increasing the competitiveness and efficiency of the overall Croatian economic potential.
On “Financial info square”, Faculty of Economics and Business presented and promoted their postgraduate studies, as well student associations Financial Club and Economic Clinic.
