TRADE PERSPECTIVES 2015: Innovations in Food Retailing

CONFERENCE GOAL

The main aim of the Conference is to investigate the application of different forms of innovation in the field of food retailing starting with the application of new business models, implementation of new management and marketing principles in suppliers and customers’ relationships, up to the application of modern technologies in business operations improving. Another aim of the Conference is to exchange experiences and knowledge with scientists and experts form country and abroad in order to explain the advantages and obstacles in the implementation of certain innovations in Central and Southeastern Europe. Results of the scientific debate will contribute to a better understanding of the changes occurring in the food retailing and which are the consequence of contemporary trends in retail such as: the internationalization of retail activities, the concentration of retail markets and the rapid development of technologies applied in food supply chains.

The conference is not restricted to suggested topics. All participants are welcomed to suggest other topics in relation to the main topic of the conference.

CALL FOR PAPERS

We invite scientists and professionals to submit their papers in English language. Only papers which are not previously published or proposed for publication in other publication will be taken into consideration to be included in publications and programme. Presentations can be prepared in Croatian or in English language. Abstracts and full papers should follow Instructions for authors.

PAPER PUBLICATION
All abstracts and papers are subject to the blind review process and have to be edited according to the instructions. 
Accepted papers will be fully published in publication with ISBN number entitled: "TRADE PERSPECTIVES 2015: Innovations in Food Retailing ". The publication will be indexed in bibliographic databases EconLit and JEL.

Note: Authors who submit papers to supporting journals regarding the similar topic as at the conference proceedings, should change the paper title and make considerable modifications to the content of the paper. CONFERENCE FEE: 150 EUR*, information on payment method will be distributed together with acceptance of abstracts.
