Published book DYNAMICS OF ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE: BEYOND IDENTITY AND REPUTATION

In November 2015, in collaboration with renowned international publisher Pearson Education, UK,  the book "Dynamics of Organizational Change: Beyond Identity and Reputation" (ISBN: 978-1-78447-988-6) was published by the following editors prof. Ph. D. Darko Tipurić, Ph. D. Ph. D. Ivona Vrdoljak Raguz and Ph. D.. Maja Daraboš.
 

The book is composed of selected articles presented at the third international conference OFEL, which was held in April, 2015 in Dubrovnik. Throughout the chapters, which are the result of joint works of authors from 6 countries (Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatian, Italy, Serbia and the United Kingdom), this book integrates and synthesizes studies linking organizational changes with the concept of reputation and identity, while seeking to develop a set of categories featuring the solid corporate governance that the company provides a powerful development, entrepreneurial activity and competitiveness.

 

Due to a specific copyright approach and international context in which they achieved, this work provides a comprehensive insight into the discipline of management and organizational changes in an original, rarely seen way. A new and fresh source of knowledge for scientists and researchers, and to practitioners, and above all representatives of top management, which also constitute the main actors responsible for the implementation of organizational changes in practice.
