The main objective of the HR Ambassador program is to present in more than 50 countries a better understanding of how business organizations can effectively manage their human resources management (HRM). In addition to participation in many international projects, the role of the HR ambassador is to encourage the development of Croatian practices of HRM through the implementation of scientific research, design and delivery of educational programs for HR professionals and providing technical expertise.
