Those who attended were greeted by prof. dr. sc. Lajoš Žager, dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business. Author speeches about the book were given by prof. dr. sc. Mladen Vedriš, prof. dr. sc. Ljubo Jurčić, Vedrana Jelušić-Kašić, EBRD Director for Croatia, Branko Roglić, Orbico owner, and the former director of HRT and until recently the Croatian Ambassador in Paris, Mirko Galić.
The book is a kind of a manual for those who create a future for entrepreneurs, a document of time marked by a fierce ascent, six-year recession and the fragile recovery of the Croatian economy. It is composed of selected Šajatović’s columns, published between 2005 and 2015 in Lider, which provide an authentic view on the current events with substantiated recommendations and solutions. The name of the book comes from a column published on May 5th 2006 and refers to the old business saying which indicates a state of euphoria on the capital market when the stocks of bad companies skyrocket, along with the ones from good companies.
