The aim of the conference was to encourage participants of the conference, despite the many obstacles they face every day, not to give up in achieving their life and business plans. How to cope with the ups and downs, how to achieve the intended goal and discover new opportunities participants were able to hear through inspirational, motivational, and emotional stories of speakers: Vedran Antoljak (Sense Consulting, the main partner), Miljenko Vaić (Nestle, Country Manager for Croatia , Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina), Ida Pandur (Entourage, CEO), Luka Abrus (Five, CEO), Branka Slaveska (Heineken Croatia, Chairman of the Board), Krešimir Dvorski (Nextbike, director), Ivan Brezak Brkan (Drupal & Meme Media) and Fani Stipković (reporter).
At the very beginning of the conference, along with the great host of the conference Frane Ridjan, the atmosphere was further warmed up by the first surprise guest Mladen Bodalec, and special delights from the audience elicited the last speaker and surprise guest Miroslav Škoro.
