CONFERENCE GOALS
(1) To explore the global and regional trends in different areas of safety, security, privacy and loyalty in wholesale and retail. (2) Based on the exchange of experiences and knowledge with scientists and experts from region and abroad, to explain the challenges of safety, security, privacy and loyalty in turbulent market conditions. Results of scientific debate will contribute to the better understanding of the changes resulting from the occurrence of global terrorism, the rapid development of information technology, and exposure of customers to enormously large number of available information on products and services.

- Security in the age of retail internationalization
- The role of quality in supply chains' security
- Improvement of food safety in supply chains
- The challenges of global terrorism in international supply chains
- Security and privacy in virtual space
- Models, policies and practices of consumer privacy protection
- Loyalty factors in traditional and electronic commerce
- Interrelation of security and privacy with the loyalty of consumers
The conference is not restricted to suggested topics. All participants are welcomed to suggest other topics in relation to the main topic of the conference.

CALL FOR PAPERS
We invite scientists and professionals to submit their papers in English language. Only papers which are not previously published or proposed for publication in other publication will be taken into consideration to be included in publications and programme. Presentations can be prepared in Croatian or in English language. Abstracts and full papers should follow Instructions for authors.
PAPER PUBLICATION
All abstracts and papers are subject to the blind review process and have to be edited according to the instructions.
Accepted papers will be fully published in publication with ISBN number entitled: "TRADE PERSPECTIVES 2016: Safety, security, privacy and loyalty". The publication will be indexed in bibliographic databases EconLit and JEL.

Note: Authors who submit papers to supporting journals regarding the similar topic as at the conference proceedings, should change the paper title and make considerable modifications to the content of the paper. CONFERENCE FEE: 150 EUR*, information on payment method will be distributed together with acceptance of abstracts.
