Description of general and specific competences (knowledge and skills) to be developed by this course: | |
The students will develop understanding of innovation and creativity as an phenomenon in general, and specifically within an organisational environment. They will develop individual and team skills in preparing and presenting innovative projects, speciffically those based on IT and creating added value. | |
Teaching methods: | |
Lectures, seminars, research papers and practical proglem solving tasks, individual and team techniques of creativity and innovation development. | |
Additional requirements for students: | |
Active in-class participation. Keepint up-to-date with the recent literature, especially the web sources on the topic. Writing up and presenting (as well as evaluating) innovative projects individually and in teams. | |
Assessment/examination method: | |
The final grade will be based on the students' active participation, written exam and the students’ results in individual and team projects assessed by other teams. |
