YOUR MAIN TASKS
 

• Supporting HR team in the implementation of talent management practices
• Supporting HR team in the recruitment process (candidate screening, scheduling the interviews, contributing to selection process, maintaining candidate database)
• Contributing to HR team with driving non-financial recognition program
• Contributing to HR employer-branding initiatives
• Participation ih other HR activities

OUR EXPECTATIONS
 

• Student of final years (final 2 years or apsolvent) of study in the field of economy or psychology
• Active university student status
• Interest in HR
• Experience in HR is a ”plus” (recruitment, HR admin, training events organisation..), but not a ”must”
• Dynamic, proactive personality, eager to learn and develop
• Creative approach
• Outstanding communication skills in English and Croatian language
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and strong drive for results
• Ability to work independently
• ”Can do” attitude
• Excellent PC skills
