Our raison d'être: to put the best of artificial intelligence at the service of simplifying and securing the purchase of real estate worldwide.
Realist brings together the Green Acres and Vizzit brands, which are real estate advertising portals.
Green-acres is the European leader for the purchase of second homes. Vizzit is our new product, dedicated to the main residence. For example, through our site, a French resident will be able to find his holiday home in Croatia.
Our clients are real estate agents from Croatia, Portugal, Spain, Greece, France and many others.

Green-acres has more than 4 million visitors per month and we have more than 2000 client agencies. We also have over 250,000 real estate ads published in 58 countries and translated into over 20 languages.


Where are we now?
Green-acres was created in 2004, Vizzit exists since a few months. With Vizzit, we intend to become the reference service worldwide for putting agencies and buyers in touch with each other.
Today, we are growing at high speed throughout Europe and the world. We are growing 30% per year and have doubled the size of the team from 13 to 30 employees.

Position description
Your mission will be close to that of country manager Your objective will be to maximize the conversion rate from prospect to customer. Today the conversion rate in Croatia is 10%. Our aim is to reach a 12% conversion rate.

On the phone, you'll be looking for new clients for Green-acres and Vizzit. You will close deals in Croatia but also in other countries, depending on your language skills.

Also, you will provide customer service for all our Croatian customers.

Finally, you create a watch on the real estate market in your country and identify opportunities for commercial growth (prospecting for key accounts, participation in the main real estate fairs, etc.).

• You speak and write Croatian perfectly
• You are fluent in English or French

• Time management skills, knowing how to capitalize on peak selling periods
• Ability to manage objections, justify fees and add value to the company's products

Work environment
You will be able to work from your office or a coworking space in Croatia.
You will be working directly with your manager - who is in Paris (France) – and will be having regular
1-on-1 online meetings in order to monitor your results and answer your questions.


We provide all needed tools: a CRM, a branded email address and a telephone application as well as
other sales tools.
Also, we provide complete training on both Green Acres and Vizzit.
